The Cortisol (PM) Test measures the level of cortisol in the blood during the evening, typically between 4 PM and 6 PM. Unlike the morning cortisol test, where cortisol levels are highest, cortisol levels naturally decline throughout the day. This test helps evaluate whether the body’s cortisol production is in balance with its diurnal rhythm.
