Anti Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Anti bodies
Over the last 5 Years we made an impact that is strong & we have long way to go.
The Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA) test is used to detect autoantibodies that target components within neutrophils, a type of white blood cell. The presence of these antibodies is associated with autoimmune vasculitis, a condition where the blood vessels become inflamed due to an abnormal immune response. ANCA testing is especially useful in diagnosing diseases like Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) and Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA).
